Seven Acre Dairy Company’s Farmhouse Butter | Rich and Irresistible

I had the opportunity to try Seven Acre Dairy Company’s Farmhouse Butter which is so brilliantly yellow and marbled you might think you’ve accidentally purchased a brick of colby cheese upon first glance. Simply stated, I was not disappointed. Being a “farmhouse” variety, this butter has a rich flavor that reminded me of the homemade butter I tried while on a school field trip to a local farm when I was a wee young Tony. You can only find it at the dairy store on the Seven Acre Dairy Company grounds in Paoli, WI so make sure to pick some up when you’re on your Dairy Drive - Madison road trip!

Butter

Seven Acre Dairy Company is a revitalized creamery that has undergone a modern transformation. It is a historical production facility turned restaurant, event center, and boutique hotel and continues to produce its own butter to be used in their premium dining experience. The flavor of this butter most certainly will bring a boost to any dishes at Seven Acre Dairy Company’s restaurant as well as any dishes you decide to make with it at home!

I would personally recommend using it in a delicious homemade pasta al burro, alfredo, or any cream and butter sauce where the flavors of this unique butter will shine through and complement other aspects of the dish. In fact, I may just show you how to do that in a future blog post!
